Regularly considered one of the best Wine Shops in California and beyond, Wally’s Wines and Spirits recently opened this extremely unique and delicious Restaurant and Wine Bar concept in Beverly Hills, California. Nestled in the bustling downtown village of Beverly Hills, This new wine shop and eatery attracts Los Angeles’s most discerning food and wine connoisseurs. Wally’s offers contemporary Italian fare – rustic and traditional flavors for the wine lover in us all.
The premium redwood, individual bottle storage racking style utilized in Wally’s incorporates LED Lighting, high reveal display rows, and holds approximately 20,000 bottles in a library style setting, making vintages from different appellations accessible for each customer to examine in depth before deciding on a purchase. The décor is gorgeous and modern – with clean lines, stone, glass, mahogany and midnight stained wood throughout, and a clean industrial vibe tying everything together.
Off the back corner of the Wine Shop near the kitchen lies the real ‘custom wine cellar,’ hidden within the labyrinth of individual wine bottle storage racking. Here, in an enclosed glass room, you can find some of the world’s most coveted wines in vintages you thought might not have existed anymore. Within this room, Vintage Cellars helped design a special space where Commercial display racking meets quiet, calm, aging capable racking styles. Room for case storage below, 750 ml and large format individual bottle storage, and large format horizontal full reveal display keeps this room interesting, approachable, yet professional and clean enough to display some of the world’s best bottles.
Wally’s Vinoteca Restaurant and Wine Bar in Beverly Hills, and Wally’s Wine Shop in Santa Monica remain two of our favorite commercial and hospitality projects, and Vintage Cellars looks forward to continued expansion with the Wally’s Wine Shop family.
